    Ridden by Dean Domann has won $84,000 in his 6 year old year, was the 2011 & 2012 Stallion of the Year for the $10,000 Novice, At the super Stakes Cash was reserve champion of the 2012 John Deere Limited with a 223 and was a Finalist in the Classic Open, At the Eastern Cash tied for the Lead in the $3,000 Novice first go with a 220 and then won the Eastern $3,000 with a 225 in 2012, Cash Won the $10,000 Novice with a 225 at the Non Pro Plus the Open and made the Finals there also, Won the American Royal $10,000 Novice with a score of 154 and also Won all Three Rounds, Placed 4th at the BI Classic Open with a 219.5 and Cash has won many a smaller cutting like the NCHA days and the Southern Futurity in the Open Class.

    At the 2012 NCHA Futurity, Dual Rey was the #1 Sire for Highest Sale Average of $44,600 (selling 5 or more) in the 2012 NCHA Futurity Seasoned Cutting Horse Sale and #1 Sire of Broodmares Sold (selling 3 or more) with an Average of $39,400 in the 2012 NCHA Futurity Sales.

    Dual Rey was the #1 Sire of offspring sold at the NCHA Summer Spectacular Sale for 2 consecutive years (2011 and 2012) and sire of the High Selling Gelding at the 2012 NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity 2YO Sale.

  • Winning Bidder, Donor, and Facility will be notified by email when the breeding service is sold. NCTC Equine will notify these parties and provide appropriate documentation once payment has been received. Winning bidder is responsible for contacting the Stallion Owner/Facility regarding any additional fees and/or booking dates.
  • 1. The purpose of this auction is to provide funds for the NCTC equine program equestrian teams’ activities and academic scholarships. Donations will be sold on-line at auction to the highest bidder. The winning bid will be paid directly to the NCTC Equine Excellence Fund.

    2. Only the stallion’s current 2016 breeding service fee is being donated and will be offered for sale through the NCTC Benefit Stallion Service Auction on the Perfect Horse Auctions (PHA) website as a donation to the NCTC Equine Program. After the auction has been closed and winning bid paid for, arrangements for payments of all other fees (chute fee, shipped semen, etc.) will be between the stallion owner/agent and the mare owner. If a stallion dies, is sold, or determined to be unfit for breeding prior to breeding the mare, only money paid to NCTC for the auctioned stallion service fee will be refunded and will constitute payment in full for any damage that may be incurred by the bidder
    and/or his/her agent.

    3. Stallion donation contract must be filled out completely and signed for each stallion service donation before it can be added to the auction website. PHA and NCTC Equine administrators will do their upmost to input stallion information accurately. Stallion owner/agent will receive an email notification when their stallion is listed in the PHA auction and this listing should be carefully previewed for any necessary corrections or additions. Once a bid has been placed, stallion information cannot be edited.

    4. PHA administrators will set minimum starting bids unless stallion owner/agent requests otherwise. Bidding will begin at noon (PST) on Jan. 6, 2016 and close at noon (PST) on Jan. 23, 2016. Unsold stallion listings at the close of bidding will be offered on a “Buy Now” basis until noon (PST) April 23, 2016 unless donor specifies otherwise. Stallion owner will have the option of purchasing their stallion service if it does not sell during the bidding period. This will eliminate stallion from the “Buy Now” session and stallion will be listed as sold.

    5. The stallion owner/agent shall supply the appropriate documentation to facilitate the registration of the resulting foal according to the appropriate breed registry. Only one embryo transfer will be recognized per contract. In the case of frozen semen, the same rules apply as a live stallion-breeding donation, as long as semen is viable.

    6. A live foal is guaranteed only to the extent of one return the following year for the same mare or a substitute mare and then only by the initial owner of the contract and according to the terms of the stallion’s breeding contract.

    7. Only the stallion’s current 2016 breeding service fee is being auctioned. Any vet bills, mare care charges, chute fee, semen shipping fees, or any other fees shall be the responsibility of the winning bidder/mare owner. The mare owner, by participating in this NCTC Equine Program auction, understands, agrees and accepts that NCTC faculty and staff, students, associates, and representatives are not liable for death, sickness and/or accidental injury including consequential damages, to the mare, foal or the mare owner during participation in the NCTC auction caused by either negligent or intentional acts of any party to the contract.

    8. The auction will be advertised at major horse show events in the local area (Oklahoma City – Fort Worth), worldwide online through PHA and a variety of websites, social media sites, and in limited printed publications.

    9. Donations are greatly appreciated and may qualify as charitable contributions in accordance with applicable laws. Please check with your tax accountant for eligibility

Is a chute fee charged every time the mare is breed are is it a one time charge for breeding?

Sorry I am delayed in answering your question!  
I believe the chute fee is a one time fee, but I will call Mr. Feister at Brightstone Ranch where KTZ will be collected, etc. and make sure.
