  HERDA Guarantee
  
  In the event the mare bred tests N/Hr for the HERDA gene, a hair sample of the foal produced from this breeding must be tested at an approved laboratory before it reaches 12 months of age. If the foal tests H/H for the HERDA gene, the owner must return registration certificate* of the foal and a signed transfer to Brightstone Ranch. Upon receipt of signed transfer, Brightstone Ranch will issue a complimentary breeding for another mare belonging to the mare owner.
