Feedback: I bid on Don Quintana, sent my check to Lighthorse Learning, they sent me some forms that really weren't very clear, I wrote an Email to Josiane Guthier asking for breeding contract, didn't hear an answer, sent her two follow up letters. Still have not heard from her. I felt with this kind of a problem, would she send me the semem when I needed it. I am very disgusted. Don't know if it is lighthorse Learning's fault, or Gauthier's fault. - So I decided it might be better to bid on another horse. |

Feedback: Auction paid for on Dec. 2nd. We have attempted to contact Lighthorse Learning multiple times by e-mail and phone and have yet to receive auction confirmation paperwork. Quite frankly we are tired of their vacant promises. It is now two weeks after the auction was paid for. They required payment within 3 days. We complied with that timetable yet they continue to fail in providing ANY confirmation paperwork. |
