How to Pay
Payments must be received within 2 weeks after the auction ends on Sunday, February 8, 2026. If payment is not received by Sunday, February 22, 2026, NCRHA reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the final bid plus a 3% administrative fee.
For Buy Now bids after February 8, 2026 payment is due immediately. If payment is not received, NCRHA reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the final bid plus a 3% administration fee.
NCRHA accepts checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Zelle, ACH, or wire transfers for payments.

Delivery
Once payment for the breeding is received by a representative of the NCRHA, the Stallion Owner/Manager and Buyer will be notified by a representative of the NCRHA and the Stallion Owner/Manager will be authorized to release the breeding contract directly to the Buyer.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to make necessary arrangements with the Stallion Owner/Manager.
Terms of Sale
The winning bidder in the 2026 North Central Reining Horse Association (NCRHA) Sire and Dam Auction has purchased from the NCRHA a stallion breeding donated by the stallion owner to be used by the bidder during the 2026 breeding season.
NOTE: THIS IS A DONATED BREEDING CONTRACT AND THE NCRHA MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ASSOCIATED THEREWITHIN. ANY AND ALL CONTRACT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS ARE BETWEEN THE MARE OWNER AND THE STALLION OWNER/AGENT.
The purchase applies only to the breeding fees, and does not include fees such as, but not restricted to, booking/chute fees, shipping costs (FED EX, Counter to Counter), mare care, transportation, re-breeds. These fees are determined and collected by the individual stallion owners; the NCRHA has no responsibility for setting or collecting these fees.
The mare owner may not sell or transfer this contract to another mare owner, without the express consent of the stallion owner. If the bidder's mare does not conceive during the 2026 breeding season or conceives but later aborts, it is the mare owner's responsibility to determine if a re-breed is acceptable during the succeeding breeding year. If the stallion allows a re-breed, the NCRHA will honor the breeding. The mare owner needs to notify NCRHA if their mare does not conceive during the 2026 season.
The foal born to the mare as a result of the NCRHA breeding will be eligible for a free entry in the NCRHA 2030 Futurity, provided the mare owner submits the online mare information form.
It is the bidder's responsibility to contact the owner in a timely manner to arrange the breeding.
All proceeds from the sale of this auction will go to the NCRHA to support the NCRHA 2026 Futurity.
