How to Pay Payments are due within 10 days after the close of the auction. AzRHA accepts check, Zelle and credit card for payments. If paying by check, please make the check payable to AzRHA and mail the check to: Arizona Reining Horse Association 28150 N Alma School Pkwy Suite 103-644 Scottsdale, AZ 85262 For Zelle payments use our email, azrha@saddleup-enterprises.com A 3% administration fee will be applied to all credit card payments. Delivery Once the payment for the breeding is received by a representative of the AzRHA, the buyer will receive a contract signed by the stallion owner. The stallion owner will also receive a copy of the contract with your contact information. Once the contract is received, you will need to contact the breeding manager in a timely manner to arrange your breeding.

Terms of Sale The winning bidder in the 2025 Arizona Reining Horse Association (AzRHA) Stallion Auction has purchased from the AzRHA a stallion breeding donated by the stallion owner to be used by the bidder during the 2026 breeding season. NOTE: THIS IS A DONATED BREEDING CONTRACT AND THE AZRHA MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ASSOCIATED THERE WITHIN. ANY AND ALL CONTRACT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS ARE BETWEEN THE MARE OWNER AND THE STALLION OWNER/AGENT. The purchase applies only to the breeding fees, and does not include fees such as, but not restricted to, booking/chute fees, shipping costs (FED EX, Counter to Counter), mare care, transportation, re-breeds. These fees are determined and collected by the individual stallion owners; the AzRHA has no responsibility for setting or collecting these fees. A 3% administration fee will apply to all credit card transactions.
